Yes folks, I went there. I'm trying to throw a little it of my punny self on here. I think I'm funny, so I force my funniness onto other people. You're welcome. In all seriousness though, these cookies had definitely won the heart of the fam and just in time for free fishing weekend here in Colorado. These were perfect for our picnic into the mountains. I usually try to make enough cookies to put some in the freezer, but these didn't make it to the freezer...that's how much we love them. Alright, enough of my blabbing, recipe is below:

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. Butter

  • 1 c. Brown Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1 c. Crushed Graham Crackers

  • 2 c. Flour

  • 1 tsp. Salt

  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 c. Chopped Hersey Bar

  • 3/4 c. Marshmallows

  • 1/2 c. Macadamia Nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, melted butter, eggs and vanilla and mix together.

  3. Add the flour, crushed graham crackers, baking powder, and salt into the bowl and mix until blended.

  4. Gently fold in the chopped Hersey bars, mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts.

  5. Using a 2 Tbs. cookie scoop, place scooped cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking mat.

  6. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes.

  7. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for 5-10 mins before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.

These cookies are so perfect for summer picnics, especially with fire bans. You can still have your s'mores, just in cookie style.
